Kate is an accomplished PADI Course Director and Coral Restoration Specialist with extensive experience in the dive industry. Her passion for diving began at just 8 years old, when she joined the PADI Bubblemaker program. Captivated by the underwater world, Kate turned her love for marine life into a fulfilling career, supported by dual Bachelor’s degrees in Ecology and Biodiversity, and Psychology.
As a dedicated PADI Instructor, Kate focuses on more than just teaching diving skills—she inspires her students to become champions for marine conservation. Her expertise spans areas like Shark Conservation, Sea Turtle Awareness, and Reef Rescue, enabling her to educate and empower divers who want to protect and preserve the ocean.
Currently, Kate works as a Coral Restoration Specialist with the Reef Rescue Network, where she contributes to the critical restoration of coral ecosystems. She is also an Emergency First Response Instructor Trainer, equipping divers with essential safety skills to ensure confidence and preparedness underwater.
Kate’s journey reflects her unwavering dedication to fostering a connection between divers and the marine environment, paving the way for a healthier ocean and a new generation of conservationists.
